The project involved a small interdisciplinary team, with myself Paulo Raposo, and Maksims Shentelevs, who will travel and work through the Curonain Spit, the peninsula with the sand dunes – that goes from Kalingrad in the south and the coast of Lithuania in the north, 98km long – 400m wide at the narrowest point.
We spent the week of October 6-10th on the Curonian peninsula doing a series of site-specific investigations using combining sound, video and locally found materials. Following this, there was a performance organized in Vlinius by the great guys behind VY.
